Reservations: Available by phone only. Availability opens 1 month prior to the calendar day at 12am San Francisco time (i.e., this reservation for 5/1 opened on 4/1 12am San Francisco time, no reservations were taken on 3/31). The process is really challenging by phone. I tried a couple times before haphazardly, but this time I used 2 cell phones and just kept redialing until I luckily got through around 12:05am.
